5. Bryan Eisenberg - bryaneisenberg.com
By Jeffrey Eisenberg
Bryan Eisenberg deserves to be on this list and most of you know why. You have read his New York Time best selling books: “Call To Action”, “Waiting For Your Cat To Bark?”, “Persuasive Online Copywriting”, & “Always Be Testing” - haven’t you?
Bryan has been educating, prodding and cajoling marketers about conversion rates and accountability since 1998 and he hasn’t let up yet. Bryan is a true pioneer and visionary. The efforts he has made on behalf of web analytics, testing, web copywriting, usability, marketing and persuasion principles is relentless and the Internet marketing community appreciates his openness and willingness to share.
In 2009 he left the company he co-founded, Future Now, and stopped blogging for GrokDotCom but we’re happy to report that he still blogs frequently at www.BryanEisenberg.com and continues to write his long running column for ClickZ.com.
Bryan is teaching some exciting new courses for Market Motive, the Internet marketing training company, the courses will provide a certification in website conversion & landing page optimization.
Bryan is also speaking at numerous industry events in the USA and internationally including eMetrics & Search Engine Strategies where he’s also a member of their advisory boards.
Bryan Eisenberg isn’t telling us exactly what his plans are for 2010 but we know he’s working on more than one book about e-commerce and that he is fascinated with social commerce. We’ve even heard rumors about a new publication.
We expect great things from Bryan Eisenberg. Let’s wish Bryan lots of luck on his new endeavors and congratulate him on being one of the Top 10 Marketers.
